Chief Executive Officer

Prabhu Ram is the Chief Executive Officer of Property Handling, a company specializing in Property Management and Real Estate for NRI properties in India. He holds a Master’s in Management Studies from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. He has extensive experience of 25 years with reputed companies in the fields of real estate (Kalpataru, L&T Realty) and Housing Finance (Sundaram BNP Paribas, Citibank). Prior to Property Handling, Mr. Prabhu Ram worked with Kalpataru Ltd, a leading developer in India, for 16 years as their Assistant Vice President – Business Development. He spearheaded Kalpataru’s expansion into the Hyderabad market.
